Social Mobilization Completed in Three Clusters: PDC-PNDG Formation and Social Mapping Done
Social mobilization activities have been completed in seven paras of Khagrachhari Sadar Union No. 1, the third cluster in Khagrachhari Sadar Upazila under the Climate Resilient Livelihoods Improvement and Watershed Management in the CHT Sector Project. Para profiles were prepared, Para Development Committees (PDC) and Para Nari Unnayan Dals (PNDG) were formed, and social maps were created.
The paras in Union No. 1 Khagrachhari are Niyong Karbari Para, Punorbason Para, Jidi Para, Akbari Para, Char Para, Pukur Para and Gamaridhala Para.
Earlier, the same activities were carried out first in Cluster No. 4, Perachara, and Cluster No. 3, Golabari.
